"Disappointing"

Very few ingredients in the Sin Chew Fried Bee Hoon, which neither looked tempting nor tasted good.
The Teochew Braised Duck for us did not have much meat and a guest commented that the meat was tough.
The Lemon Buttered Fish Fillet looked like ... More nuggets rather than fillet.
There's no yam basket or ring when the menu says Vegetables in Yam Basket. What we got were some cut pieces of fried yam. The vegetables that went with the yam "basket" were not the traditional ones.
Delivery came slightly later than 11am. That was understandable. But they returned to collect the leftover as late as 8 pm, perhaps after delivering the dinner orders.
