Our recent experience with ECreative Catering fell significantly below expectations. The delivery and collection timings were poorly handled, creating unnecessary disruptions to our event.

Delivery Timing

The food was delivered at 4:30 PM, an ... More hour earlier than our event at 5:30 PM, which was inconvenient. This early delivery caused the food to lose its warmth, especially since our guests began eating later as it was meant to be for dinner.

Food Collection

The collection of food containers at 8:30 PM was far too early and disrupted the flow of the evening. Most caterers typically collect around 9:30 or 10 PM, so this felt rushed and inconsiderate.

Food Quality and Portions

The food itself was underwhelming. Many guests commented that the dishes were too bland, which diminished the dining experience. Additionally, the portion sizes for some menu items were insufficient, leaving us scrambling to accommodate everyone.

Lack of Clarity on Setup Time

Another issue was the lack of clarity regarding the setup time. While the event was set for 5:30 PM, the caterer arrived an hour early for setup, leaving the food sitting in warmers unnecessarily. This is impractical for dinner events and feels wasteful.

Overall, while we had high hopes for ECreative Catering, these issues with timing, food quality, and insufficient portions left us deeply disappointed. Improvements in communication, timing accuracy, and food quality are necessary for a better customer experience.
