"Needs improvement on service and timing."

Food was fine. I just wished that the safe time period to consume the food wasn't limited to 1 hour after my event started. Had told them during the order confirmation that I'd prefer if the food was delivered nearer to my event time of 1pm, ... More especially with the recent cases of food safety in the news but to no avail. As a host for around 35 pax of family and friends with young children and elderly, this was an unexpected source of stress for the event.
