"Rilassi Catering - poor service and late delivery of food."

Ordered 100+ packets of Bento lunch sets (4 different types of menus - Thai, Singapore, Malay and Western) through foodline.sg and selected caterer Rilassi Catering for a company event. I had confirmed order two days before event and requested for ... More delivery of food at 11.30am for event from 12 to 1pm. Caterer delivery was late and did not even inform me at 12pm and I had to call back to check only to be shocked that delivery can only be sent at 12.30pm instead. Eventually delivery was sent at 12.32pm and left about 15mins for the colleagues to have their lunch. As a result, many lunch boxes and deserts ordered were wasted as many could not wait for the food and the lack of time to have the food. Those who had eaten the bento sets complained that the rice was too hard and deserts overly sweet. I was massively disappointed with the service and delivery from the caterer and will likely not order anything again from the caterer.
