"Good service, acceptable food but the clearing up was bad"

On the whole, the food is acceptable, fried stuffs are often nicer and at least there is no unpopular option. We ordered additional high tea boxes and I was told that the mini burgers were nice. The caterer is nice to do the collection later so that ... More we can stretch a bit longer from lunch to high tea. However, the negative part is that during the collection, they poured the leftover drink into the corridor drain with the chin chow on the floor so it is going to attract ants. The whole corridor was wet and dirty after the collection and I thought they should be more responsible in this area. Finally, I have to wash and clean the corridor till midnight.
