I tried the 20 day tingkat. OMG out of 20 days, my dinners was spoilt on 6 days.
2 soups were stinky, 3 vegs were sour, 1 boiled chicken stink the whole house upon opening. That is a failure rate of 30%. I always start my dinner around 6.30pm, well ... More within the time frame of best consumed by. Therefore the food being spoilt before the best consumed by is miserable failure of this caterer. Hope they look into the failure and improve on it.

More your understanding as we do not put any MSG and preservatives in our food, some of the dishes might undergo chemical reactions when there is a dramatic change in temperature. The operations team has pass on a reminder to the kitchen and delivery team to take careful note during the food delivery process.
