"Needs to improve on liaising for communication"

Food tastes above average but portion is slightly lesser than what we would expect. Hence, we would recommend getting the exact number of pax or more if you are looking to host big eaters! Vegetables and curry were slightly sourish but overall taste ... More was good. Slight hiccup with the delivery time as we have placed an order for 12pm yet there was nobody to pick up the hotline even by 12.45pm. Managed to get to the in charge and found out that the delivery time in their system was 12.30pm - 1.30pm which the change was not communicated to us. Food only arrived at 1pm. This has caused a huge distress to us as all of our guests have arrived and are waiting for the food, especially since it was our first time hosting them and this is during the festive season. Hope this can be improved in future.
