When I submitted my order and very fast got a confirmation from the caterer.
Found out that this caterer has a lot of bookings on my event date and so was surprised at the service level.

The caterer came around 11.30am and finished his set up by ... More 11.45am, just in time for my indicated start time of 12noon. The caterer also came at the promised time to clear up.

Got generally positive feedback on the food. Guests liked the Curry Chicken with Potato and Fragrant Oat Cereal Fish Fillet the most. Not many leftovers so I guess that is a good sign of the food standard.

Utensils and disposable wares were sufficient for my event.
