"Prompt delivery and set up but food could be better"

My dishes:
Signature red curry chicken with baby potatoes 招牌咖喱鸡 - less meaty and alot of bones. But curry not bad
Yeh’s homemade bun with stewed meat 夜招牌扣肉包 - meats are small and dry
Royal butter, honey citrus glazed fish ... More 奶皇鱼片 - taste not bad
Golden tempura in mayo dips 日式虾，白奶酱 - best of all but unfortunately not hot & crispy when served
Crisp fried prawn rolls 虾枣 - okay
Luo Han mixed vegetables 炒罗汉菜 - okay
Kampong wok fried mee siam 家乡炒米暹 - abit too wet
Classic Yang Zhou fried rice 经典扬州炒饭 - this was okay
Sweet yam with golden pumpkin 金瓜芋泥 - guests like this dish but find this abit too sweet
Iced tropical fruit punch 杂果水 foodline - was not happy to find that the disposable cups given were dirty with dust... we have to wash them all..

Was initially expecting alot from the good reviews.. but was quite disappointed with the food. But the delivery was prompt. Set up just nice at 1130am was requested. Portion was too much for order 43 pax for 50 pax. Not sure if will order again
