"Improvement required. to have a handphone number"

There is no contact number on the invoice besides the office number and nobody pick up the call on 18 Feb. No one called on the late delivery.
The delivery was very late.
It came at only 1pm when my guest started to arrive from 12 noon.
The set ... More up was set up within 10 mins but food was so cold. It took more than an hour before the food can be warm and consumed.
The food is covered by plastic cover instead of the metal ones.
Disappointed:-(
