The caterer indicated 11.00am in their internal invoice (written by hand and without my knowledge) and had the food set up by about 10.45am which was too early, because my order confirmation was for 11.30am. Because of that and partly because of the ... More wind at the venue, the food was cold by about 12pm (when majority of the guests arrived) though there were 2 burners for each dish (claimed to last 3 hours but they didn't). I believe the food would have tasted much better if they were warm, especially for the Nonya laksa.
