POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & FOOD DELIVERY WAY TOO EARLY!

It's my first time ordering tingkat and i had a terrible one. I am not fussy with food but i am very disappointed with the service. My children had upset after consuming one of the dinners which i traced on my CCTV; the meals were sent at 240pm. We ... More only consumed at about 6:45pm. I called them to inform and the CSO replied that it's not possible so i dropped an email with a screenshot of my CCTV. The manager took a day to reply and i insisted i had to cancel my tingkat which she obliged to but since then (2 days) i haven't got any response on my reply and refund. i spoke to the CSO and she said the manager is not around. So, everyone, House of Catering, Lexin and Empire Catering are under one group and i reckon their poor customer service is due to shortage of manpower. They also send their meals between 2:30pm and 3:30pm to Sengkang area. I can't help but to imagine that they cook the meals (for dinner) really early, making it not safe for consumption at dinner time.
