"Good experience"

Service was good, from the promptness of online responses to on time delivery.
Food quality was pretty good, except that the lotus leave rice was a very small portion and the fish fritters were too salty. Lemon grass drink was a very nice change ... More from the usual fruit punch provided by other caters.
Overall food quality would have been better if the warmers were managed more effectively. The set up person used room temperature water and only ONE piece of liquid fuel to heat each warmer. Even after one hour, when guests were ready to eat, the food was not hot enough for consumption. Caterer could have advised us to prepare hot water for the warmers.
