1) The caterer was on time to set up the buffet table and prepare the dishes...thumbs up...

2) I called a day before the event to change the timing of the buffet and the ... More caterer was able to accomodate even though she has already planned the delivery route and timing.

3) Caterer is willing to allow me to swop some of the dishes for vegetarian dishes.
