"Not too bad experience but definitely can be better"

Portion is small for all dishes except the fried rice. Only half portion of the fried rice consumed, partly it is not nice. The bee hoon was well received by guests. The oat Cereal Fish is dry and hard.... Actually no fillet but all fried dried ... More flour. Curry chicken potatoes too little. Caterer only provided one serving scoop for the fried rice, they should provide one more for the curry chicken too. My guests are using the small spoon to scoop the curry chicken. The Nonya Chap Chye and fried eggs are the 2 dishes that gone fast.
Delivery came 1 hour earlier than eating time. Reason was they have many setup to be done hence came early. The food is hot when delivered.
The buffet line table is too small and narrow. It give the whole buffet setup a very cramp and bare looks. It will be great if caterer can consider using slightly wider tables to prevent all the dishes serving utensils from dropping off the table often.
Overall, food are salty. Buffer setup needs more improvement.
