The customer service lady when confirming the order was excellent n exceptionally helpful , allowing me to change a dish for another item as i had ordered a big birthday cake n wouldn’t want a duplicated pastry item in my food selection ... More .
However, the food arrived on the evening was cold n soggy, maybe because the food are packed in disposable containers rather than in warmers (we didn’t opt for warmers setup due to lack of space). My friend had strongly recommended the chicken curry before that’s why I chose this caterer. However , to me the chicken meat is tough n nothing to rave about. In conclusion, Will explore other caterer nxt round for future event .
