"Poor quality and quantity. After sale service was bad."

Quality Issues:
The dishes served lacked flavour and freshness.
The curry, in particular, was bland, watery, and lacked the authentic taste we anticipated. The potatoes in the curry were undercooked on top of the bland and diluted consistency of ... More the gravy.
Four seasons vegetables: Broccoli and Cauliflower were too big, causing it to be undercooked and hard as well. There aren’t any clams!
Tempura prawns were not fresh, soggy and not crispy.
Pineapple rice and beehoon was bland. Beehoon was fried till the point that they were all short strands.
Cream of Mushroom was chunky and starchy
Watermelon sago was diluted and tasteless as well.

Quantity Issues:
The portion sizes were inadequate for the number of guests we had, for example Curry was only half filled.

The subpar food quality affected the overall experience for our guests, 7/10 dishes were substandard.

We have contacted the caterer to speak to the manager but till now there is no response.
