"Disappointing"

Honestly, if I regret choosing this caterer for many reasons:

Sin Chow Bee Hoon is the best dish from the whole list. Bee Hoon is so nice I would rather eat it neat without any stuff. There is hardly any left overs.

Yam Paste with Gingko is ... More ok, not the best, but acceptable. Not too sweet and nothing to complain about.

Deep Fried Ngoh Hiong is free, but I find it not bad to be honest.

Curry Chicken was ok, huge chicken pieces. However, I find it disappointing because there was not much potato or most has ald melted. I have definitely had better ones from other caterers.

Fragrance Honey Prawns is a huge disappointment. I chose this caterer because this item looks refreshing, however, the prawns are very stale prawns, not fresh at all. How do I know? The shells are stuck to the prawns and it is very difficult to peel it off. On top of it, after finally peeling off the shells, you put it into your mouth only to find it VERY HARD, like stone! *rolls eyes*

Spring Rolls is soggy, and well, not appetising at all. Go for other items.

The sweet and sour fish is also hard. there was so much left that the family ate it for Sunday lunch, dinner, Monday Lunch, dinner, Tuesday Lunch and there is still loads more. I should not have chosen this. #regret

Kai Lan with mushroom is the 2nd best dish here. taste is there, mushroom and kai lan in abundance.

Ok, I have had many caterers before. Honestly, this is my first and last time with this caterer.
