"Buffet with room for food improvement"

All the guests commented that food taste is just so so only and is made worse when all the food are cold. It could have been better if they use 2 burners instead of only 1 for each tray so that the food is still warm. The free mango pudding does not ... More taste mango at all and the yam paste is dry and lumpy.
Usually buffet portions are more than enough even if we order a couple of pax lesser but this is the 1st time I encountered that the portion is just barely enough when half the crowd are elderly and kids and I even ordered a couple of pax more this time instead.
The only commendable part is the buffet delivery is prompt and set up looks nice too.
