"Not value for money"

During ordering of tingkat, I asked for less salt and oil and the customer service personnel told me their food is already less salt and oil. Upon trying out their meals, their food was rather oily and salty, especially their fried noodles and some ... More of the meat dishes. Soup was not well packed and 2/3 of the soup spilled out. Some days their food serving size was insufficient for 2 people and some days are fine.
