"Worst blackforest cake ever. "

Ordered cupcakes from them last year for my son's birthday, chocolate flavour. It was ok.

This year decided to give them another try and ordered a blackforest cake. It was a mistake. The design was quite nice (but tats becuz I ordered an edible ... More cartoon print to top the cake which can't go wrong). It was the worst blackforest cake I've ever tasted. Not a single blue/Blackberry/cherry in sight and even the cream between the layers are just thick whipped cream and doesn't taste like berry. I thought blackforest is supposed to have a center layer of berry cream??? And the chocolate part of the cake tasted below average. Even the $22 cake from my hdb cake shop taste much better than this.

As for the service, I called before I arrived to say I'm in a rush and will arrive in 5min so told the staff to get it ready beforehand so I can pick and go. But when I arrived, the 2 gals were just standing there and chatting and my cake wasn't packed yet.

This will be my last time patronising this shop.
