"Recommendable halal caterer. Quality of food can be improved"

Overall, the taste of food was great. Serving is decent.
Some disappointment in the supposedly popular/recommended dishes like sweet and sour fish fillet (little meat), stir fry squid (little squids compared to onions; texture of squids was good ... More though) and buttered prawn (lost its crispness). Rooms for improvement for these dishes.
Requested for white skirting for table but failed to receive it on the actual day of event and was not informed by the coordinator.
Caterer and service is recommendable despite the rooms for improvement!
