The caterer came a bit too early. The setup is sloppy. There is no cards to indicate the types of food. Food cannot be warmed adequately as 2 dishes are sharing a flame. Some guests liked the yam paste, sweet and sour fish and curry chicken. The ... More white chicken and prawns are not fresh.
