Had a very pleasant experience speaking to the senior catering executive, Bryan Lee, prior to the event. He was very professional, patient and accommodating. On event day, the food arrived much earlier at around 5.30pm (we planned to have reunion ... More dinner around 6.30pm), and they were already cold when they arrived. Apart from the fish, chicken and vege, the rest of the dishes were very much to our disappointment. Honey cake was extremely sweet .. those who tried a bite had to end up throwing away, and we had to discard at least 3/4 of the tray. This was our first time ordering from this caterer and will likely be our last.
