"WORST CATER FOOD AND SERVICE"

The company texted me few days before asking to set up table in the morning while food arrives between 4 to 6pm. Waited whole day for the so called table since morning ,they didnt come. Called the hotlines for more than 2 hours with no answer. ZERO ... More ACCOUNTABILITY. Texted the whats app with no response. I was so worried that the cater wont come and almost was looking at last minute food delivery for my guests. Finally at 540pm driver called and say on the way. He reached 620pm. There was only 1 person hence with insufficient manpower, everything was slowed down. Shouldnt the company step up manpower in anticipation of festive demand instead of putting 1 manpower (drives and set up do everything). Guests only could eat around 640pm. Food was awful. The WORST cater i have eaten. Curry was bland, with no spice feeling, vegetables were bland. Ngoh hiong and noodles were very salty. The fish was all soggy. I basically dont know what i was eating anymore as all food didnt taste what they are supposed to taste on a basic level. They collected the food tray at 9pm and tables are still not collected the next day. Again no response from calling, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. The tables are taking up space in the car porch and we cant park our car inside, and caterer taking their own sweet time to collect table with no response and causing inconvenience to us. Never will i order from this group again.
