"Utter disappointment this time."

This was my second time ordering from this caterer but the service this time was utterly disappointing.

supposed to reach between 11-11.30am and my event was 12pm. the driver only reach at 12.15pm! My guests arrived and nothing was setup and i ... More have to keep calling the customer service and the driver to see where he's at! wow!

I ordered 4 tables and 20 chairs but they only gave 3 tables and tried to leave without informing it's 1 table short until i see for myself and question then only the driver say you ask them refund you. it's not about refund only it's about my event!

the foods this time was also not as good as the last time a lot of foods leftover, many feedback the rendung was ok but the fish and vegetables are not good.
