"Won't order from them again"

Took up 10 days package. 1 day never deliver to us, 1 day gave us 4 dishes instead of our choice of 3 dishes 1 soup and was spilled when delivered, 2 days gave us dishes with seafood which we indicated no seafood as my husband is allergic to it. ... More

Slow and no response from them. Texted and called them to enquire about the missing delivery. Call was picked up and was told they will waived off one meal + additional meal to compensate. Texted them again to confirm the arrangement. No reply at all.

Texted them again to ask for updates at the end of our package and was then told they are extending the package. Told them we had already made arrangement for the next day and asked if its possible to postpone to the day after instead. No reply again. Although they did in the end. But we have already treat it as they can't and made our own arrangement again. Wasting a day food.

Please let your customers know what is going on on your side. We are not paying to have us work around your schedule.
