"Bad experience and disappointing Caterer"

Ordered Tom Yum seafood soup and realized it's only soup and all the spices in it. There was no seafood in the soup at all. It's so disappointing and angry as guests keeps asking why is there only soup and no seafood at all when the label say it's ... More Tom Yum Seafood. Contacted the person in charged and she say will check and get back. Message her again on the next day and she still say will email me later but never receive her reply. As for the red ruby it's so hard doesn't taste like original thai red ruby at all.
Totally disappointing with this caterer. First time ordered and yet service is so bad. Only good thing is the delivery uncle is very nice.
