I've bought Delcie's vegan cakes on a few occasions and never had an issue with the quality. Something must have changed in the recipe or the team behind the bakes since, because not only could I not taste any banana in a banana cake that is proudly ... More stated as being "sandwiched with generous fresh bananas", the cake itself tasted stale, dry and blah. My toddler loves bananas and loves cakes, so this was meant to be her birthday cake. She did not want a bite of it, but I don't blame her for it.
