"Bad customer service and cold food"

The caterer did not process my order on time and in the end the tingkat service started 2 days later than my requested date. I was told over the phone that the officer in charge did not process my order, no reason was given for the lapse in service. ... More However, the officer who attended to my call promptly helped me commence my tingkat service.

I ordered for dinner and the food always arrive at about 4pm and by the time it is time for dinner, the food is always cold. the food is packed in different microwavable containers and it is a hassle to heat up the food. Would prefer if they use a bento box (for 1 pax) so it is easier to heat up the food at one go.

Taste wise, the food is quite tasty, if not for the cold food.
