"Not recommended for long term tingkat dinner service"

Bad experience with their 20 Days Tingkat service.

Repeated food + poor choice of ingredient: Received the similar type of gourd dishes (same family just different breed) as their "seasonal vegetable" consecutive for 3 days straight. Also I have ... More received 2 consecutive days of brinjal dishes. Made a complain to the admin and she said will inform the purchasing team. Then the day after, same gourd dish again. Also receive pumpkin few times as a vegetable dish rather that side dish. Very little days of leafy green as vegetable dish, probably due to cost saving of the company.

Poor operations management : Delivery man failed to deposit food into my cooler box several times (4 days out of 5 during the week and dishes were spoilt) even after I inform the admin daily and admin confirmed with me that she will remind them to do it. I have no issues with the delivery during their 10 days trial tingkat service before this thus I am not being unreasonable with my request. Only managed to get the operation manager to give me a call after multiple prompts to the admin as well as a last resort threaten from me to ask for refund. Operation manager put the blame firstly on my cooler box, stating "it look too atas" and thus delivery man are afraid to touch it. That being said, there are also days where delivery man is able to place my food into the cooler box. Then the manager said that their delivery man is not fixed thus some may know and some may not know. Even though ultimately it resolves after the manager asked me to stick on paper writing signs in both Chinese and English to guide the delivery man, I have no confidence in their service but the manager kept avoiding a refund.

I will not recommend this company anymore for long term tingkat service.
