The dishes was not good, tastless and not appertizing. A look at it no appetite. Likely not to order now and wait for a 1 to 2 months then give it a try again.

Hi Ms Mei, thank you for the review. Our Team have made arrangements to follow up with you. As per tele-convo, we understand that dishes for 1 particular day was not up to standards. We have since then held a meeting with the kitchen/delivery crew ... More to find out what went wrong and work on the quality of our food. Knowing that you are a repeating customer and have supported us for quite sometime now, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for the support all these while. Knowing that we are quite new to the Tingkat industry, we will work extra hard to improve on all aspects of our services/food to better serve you and other customers in the future.
