Labor Day for 30 employee but very unhappy with the food

The driver came early and he was very friendly and professional. Last time I ordered a buffet for 35 people (we were 30 people), there was not enough rice and dish, so I ordered 40 people this time, but the amount of food this time made me even more ... More unhappy. There is no difference between 35 and 40 people. Here are the reasons for my displeasure:-
1. Nasi Briyani > They didn't inform me that they switched to other types of rice.
2. Mini Samosa > portion size is smaller than what I ordered (35 pax) from other supplier (Delizio Catering Pte Ltd) before (really angry)
3. Fortunately, I added pineapple fried rice. (changed from naan to rice)
4. I ordered extra dishes > Mutton Masala (feedback from workers is not as good as previous supplier)
5. All food portions are not suitable for 40 people.
6. All staff reported that the food from the previous supplier (Delizio Catering Pte Ltd) tasted better.
