"Generous Portion of Good, Hot Food served "

Pretty satisfied with all the hot food although the best was Salad Prawn as the prawns were fresh. If not for the extreme SWEETNESS which all of us had the same opinion - the yam paste would be perfect ie thick consistency, smooth, not oily and ... More lightly real yam fragrance. The slightly salty coconut milk covered for some of the sweetness. However, being health conscious people, most of the coconut milk was left untouched. The yam paste can be improved by decreasing the generous sugar ingredient to the recipe (bearing in mind most of us are health conscious and do not want to consume the coconut milk ... luckily coconut milk was not pre-added to recipe). Food portion was generous for my 30 head count and my fear of inadequate food to go (which I experienced in a few other caterers) around was unfounded. Overall, I'm satisfied with the food quality, quantity, service provided by caterer. Very likely will use Le Xin Catering again at the next function which I rate as 4.5/5 stars!
