"Hoping for Better Quality in Future Orders"

Looking Forward to Improvements
This is not my first time ordering food from eCreative Caterer. However, this recent order was disappointing in comparison to previous experiences.

Portion Size: The food portions were noticeably smaller. I had ... More ordered for 30 people, but only 25 attended — yet the food was clearly insufficient.

Yam Paste with Ginkgo Nuts: This was especially disappointing. The texture was extremely diluted, with a lot of liquid but barely any yam paste. This used to be one of our favourite dishes, but it fell short this time.

Wheat Prawns: The dish lacked the usual wheat topping, which is where much of the flavour and fragrance comes from. It felt incomplete and less appetising.

Prawn Paste Chicken Mid-Joint Wings: These were slightly over-fried, very dry, and lacked flavour — the seasoning didn’t come through.

I hope this feedback is helpful, and I sincerely look forward to improvements in future orders.
