"Food is good. Service is not"

Food is good. However, when I first book I wanted ready to eat time at 11.30am. One week prior to the party I emailed them and ask to change to 12noon & they replied okay(Puspa). Anyway By the time the food was set up it’s around 12.30pm which is okay because most of my guest has not arrived but by 1.30pm I was told that they are going to pack up at 2pm. I ask them why? They said because collect by 2.30pm they need to start packing at 2pm, which is ridiculous. So while my kids are enjoying their show.. They are also packing up to leave. My caterer left before my party ends and that’s a bummer. Prata man is friendly but he seems to be rushing for something.
