"Caterer need to improve on logistics"

Food was good and value for money, the portion was sufficient. The Select hotline agents were polite and tried to resolve logistic issue, and the delivery / setup was done well.

Maybe it's seasonal due to Stamford getting too many orders during ... More CNY, my lunch was delayed twice for total of 2 hours. I also could not get through the Stamford hotline, and had to call the Select hotline meant for after office hours support. Stamford needs to improve their logistics to retain customers on the long run.
