"Good food, right portions, but watch out for delivery timing"

Food was pretty good, was well-received by our guests. I had people asking which caterer this is. Chicken siew mai was a sellout! Thai Pineapple Rice could have done with more ingredients. The chocolate eclairs were not the typical ones with ... More catering, the insides were actually frozen so they could keep for longer period, although the amount of chocolate on top of the eclair was quite little. Portions were just right, not too little. Mini Fish Burgers were popular and so were the egg sandwiches - can't go wrong with them! Bonus was the complimentary mini blackforest cake - it tasted great too, was popular with the guests.

However, delivery timing was an issue. Food arrived 1h before stipulated time, and we were told collection would be at 1.30pm, but even at 2.20pm the food was not cleared yet, which resulted in my colleague getting stuck at the reception as the venue did not allow them to leave if the food was not cleared. Thus, it would be good if ECreative can improve on timing of collection.

Overall still a positive first experience and would order again. Hopefully the delivery timing was a one-off problem, would like to give them another chance.
