Free delivery and free log cake were what tempted me to order from this caterer.
Ordered from foodline to deliver at 6.30pm. Received sms from foodline to wait for caterer to call for confirmation. One week passed and I had to call caterer myself ... More to confirm. The lady on the line confirmed the order with me and said the invoice will be send to my email. She said food will be delivered at 5.30pm. No changes to the menu can be made. Two weeks passed and no email received. I had to email them to chase for it.
Delivery man called on the day to ask for the food to be delivered at 4.30pm. He said they had alot of orders that day. And delivery latest at 5.30pm. I had no choice right if the food turns cold since food is halal and I cant microwave it in my oven out of respect to my malay friends.
Food wise, taste was good. Although food were lukewarm when served, it did not turn soggy especially those deep fried food. Decor of the food were in sync with the Christmas theme too. Did not expect to be given a bottle of chilli and tomato sauce too. 2 sets of cutleries, rubbish bags, disposable table cloth provided too.
