"Not Recommended as the taste of every dishes was terrible!"

Very disappointed with the buffet and will not recommending this caterer to anyone. I ordered "Salted Egg Yolk Prawn", ended up with "Chicken" instead of "Prawn" without any notification about the changes. The rice for the Yang Chow Fried Rice is ... More too sticky and lumpy, like overcooked. The seafood wonton was not crunchy and the Mango Pomelo Sago tasted terrible, not cold and likely spoilt. The Kung Pao Chicken was extremely salty and the sweet & Sour fish is not sour at all.
Overall, I will not recommending this caterer, and beware of the fake review with 5 stars. Please read through the comment before you place your order. My guest was very disappointed with the buffet.
