"Food quality was ok but poor service"

Food quality and taste is considered above average. However, every other day they will have a tau kwa dish cooked in different style. And quite frequently, they will have vegetables such as Ladyfinger, brinjal, bittergourd with the kids don’t eat. ... More Hence, it will be good if there is option to exclude these veg. They also occasionally overlooked on our special request of having non spicy dishes due to kids and inconsistent in the food quantity. We received once where the quantity was barely enough for 2 pax though we ordered for 3 pax. Furthermore, it can be quite hard to reach out to them. They also do not response to all our email or were very late to respond. There’s once where we want to request to skip a day for the tingkat in 1 week advance and they only replied on the day we want to skip the tingkat at close to 5pm. Overall, I do not think I will continue with them again.
