Food preparation was different from other caterers, for example, lor han vegetables was completely different from the usual and so was the ngoh hiang and the sweet and sour prawns. What we expected to eat turned out differently and as such we need ... More to get used to the novel way of food preparation. Food wise was fresh except turned out different. Should have given different names to the dishes. However the lor hei came with extremely generous ingredients; very very much more than what we usualy get. The amount and variety of ingredients was really very plentiful; two levels of ingredients in a big round plastic container that was packed separately. The cutlery was also individually wrapped in sets of fork, spoon and serviette which is greatly appreciated for the time spent doing this.
