"Great value decent taste for 10 pax non-halal catering."

Food came 1 hour before stated event time, which is good. Ordered for 10 pax. ~$210 with delivery. Was looking for a non-halal caterer to deliver for smaller pax event. Guests were quite satisfied with the food overall. Food generally not salted ... More that much and likely not much shortcuts used (MSG/Chicken Powder), which is a good thing for us. Will consider ordering again in the future.

Food wise:
Yang Chow Fried Rice 扬州炒饭 - Decent for me. No wok hei. Not very well seasoned (not salty). Tastes like a home-cooked fried rice. The blander profile is actually a good thing as the other dishes can complement it.
Pan Fried Sambal Prawns 干煎辣虾 - Flavourful. Prawns not the freshest but acceptable.
Teohchew Crispy Prawn Roll 潮州虾枣 - Mini ngoh hiang balls with sweet sauce. I liked this a lot and found myself drizzling the sweet sauce on other things also.
Cereal Fish Fillet 麦片鱼片 - Decent. Not a lot of fish meat (more batter than fish).
Pandan Leaf Chicken 香兰鸡 - Very good. I honestly didn't know what pandan chicken is. About 1 inch cube of chicken thigh/leg with lots of spices/sambal. Tastes like satay. Chicken was very succulent.
Hakka Pork Ribs with Yam 芋头排骨 foodline - Decent. This dish is also not heavily seasoned. Meat is not falling off bone but also not tough.
