In general, the outcome of the dishes doesn't equate to them being value for money. luckily i'd other catered & home-cooked dishes to feed the guests.

1) Fried Mee Sua was alright just a little on the wet side.

2) Prawn Sauce Chicken was very ... More miserably looking, served in aluminium foil atop a mini-basket. small pieces & totally fried up.

3) Prawns Fried w/Cashew Nuts was alright but it was a dish with some sauce as i assumed it was a drier dish. may pple even thoiught it was chap chye dish with prawn as the colour was exactly like a chap chye dish!

4) Sliced Fish w/Spring Onion & Ginger was disappointing as it was sliced fish fried with batter and thereafter fried with spring onion & ginger. very colourless, and was almost untouched by guests.

5) Luohan Vegetable was totally different from what a Luohan Vegetable dish is supposed to be. it seems like normal chap chye, wit lots of long cabbage & stips of black fungus. no mushroom or even mustard green, which is what Luohan Vegetable is supposed to be!

6) Bo-Bo-Cha-Cha was the best out of the dishes ordered. the hot dessert had coconut which was thick and with pieces of sweet potato & yam but no colored starch bits. only orange & grey swimming in white. upon food clearing, i still had 3/4 pot left but didn't keep any as there was coconut aplenty.
