It was late for 15 mins but I was informed before hand. Very good communication throughout the whole process from placing order to collection. Caterer was prompt in reply and that’s is definitely important! The food isn’t that hot but that’s ... More expected right! From cooking to transport to set up, that’s why they provide flame to warm the food. The potion of the food was huge. We cannot even finished 1/2 for the food. I ordered 40 pax and actual about 48 turns out. The assam curry fish and the yam ginkgo was a hit! I’ll definitely order from them again but the next round, I’ll set the time earlier and let the food warmed up a bit more before starting the buffet. Smooth and no issue at all.

The teriyaki chicken was the best among. Many commented that it’s tasty.
Prawn is too spicy.
Thai olives fried rice tasted like Yangzhou fried rice. No olives taste.
The lime cordial is too diluted.
Everything is salty even though I stated ... More less salty in my remark. Many of my guests brought up the saltiness. Potion is very generous. I ordered for 35 although 40 guests turned up and plenty still left. Hmm... maybe it’s too salty that’s why nobody go for second around?

My guest enjoyed and commented that the food are nice and delicious. Healthy too with brown rice in chicken rice. Not salty and oily. We ordered for 30 and the potion is only just nice for 30. No second round.
