Have ordered from Liang Food for many years. Recently tried the CNY mini buffet but it wasn't good. However, this full set-up buffet matched-up to standards again. Most of the dishes were tasty. I liked the curry chicken, teriyaki chicken, and ... More broccoli. Fried rice was well-loved by all my guests. Cereal fish wasn't as good. I guess they are better at non-deep-fried food. The Chicken Winglets looked too brown, like they were fried in reused oil. Not very appetising. The Cheng Ting was refreshing. Satay was uniquely seasoned with herbs. What I like about Liang Food is the flexibility to mix and match your dishes, so you are not forced to choose from a certain fixed category. There are also NO syrup drinks, which I avoid. Previously, they didn't have drinks at all, which is fine for me. Now, it comes with packet drink, which is also good because it's healthier and you can keep the drink if there are leftovers.

Have been ordering from Liang Food for many years. Generally, their full buffet set-up is good, but mini-buffet not so. Maybe because it was CNY period and they had too much to handle. The CNY mini buffet was not up to standard. I guess the food was ... More prepared too early and upon arrival, the deep fried food was already soggy. The stir-fried dishes like broccoli and tauhu, were both still quite nice. Overall, I still order from them because it is value for money, they are trustworthy and they do not give syrup drinks.

Second time ordering from them. This time round it's the mini buffet. I like the way they packaged their food in resealable containers that are very tightly sealed, so there is no leakage. Everything was put nicely in a big cooler bag. I feel they ... More could have taken the bag back from me though, as I don't need it. The same wooden cutlery were given. Environmentally-friendly and presentable. Would have been good if they had given more plates. Food was generally tasty and healthy. Guests enjoyed the food. Will avoid ordering deep-fried food in future as they turn hard very quickly. Otherwise, it was still a good experience.

One of the best caterers I have ever ordered from. All my guests said the food was good, unlike the usual type of catering food. All the dishes taste healthy. Service was good, as they allowed me to choose my own dressings for the salad. Delivery ... More was timely and set-up was classy. My favourite part was the eco-friendly utensils - all made of wood and paper only. Serving was slightly small. Quality over quantity. But maybe also because people tend to eat more when they food is good. One thing that could be improved on is that the salesperson did not reply my thank-you message after the event was over.
