Fried Pineapple Rice is a bit too much (probably I added my own fried mee siam). The curry chicken is normal, but a bit too little and I boiled and added some potatoes. Cereal Prawn is not fresh and too salty. Braised Pork is too tough. I ... More ordered Siew Mai and not Deep Fried Wanton. The Siew Mai is ok but too little. Sea Coconut w/Sago is way too sweet. All my guests liked the Lemon Sliced Fish though (the one and only dish that is commendable) and hardly touched the Kailan which is a mistake. The delivery guy told me that they have run of cups and told me to ask my guest to use bowl for the drinks. I panicked and rushed to buy some plastic cups just in time when my guests arrived. I instructed them to deliver later and not earlier than the stipulated time, but they still came early. I wanted to change the Sea Coconut with Yam Paste, but was advised that it was too late.
