Food quality: The worst I've came across so far.

Food quantity: Portion quite small as compared to other caterers. Ordered for 50 pax but there was only 45 cups of mango pudding supplied.

Recommendation: I'll never ... More recommend this caterer.

Suggestion: I suggest you remove this caterer from your list otherwise will affect your reputation on making buffet recommendations.
