The order was promptly acknowledged by baker once i had placed the order in foodline. Delivery was prompt and the shop even called to ensure that i received the cake and gave good advice on how i should store the cake till cake cutting. Taste of the ... More cake was good. Food was delivered punctually even though it was Xmas Eve. Service was good as well and price was reasonable. Portion wise was good as well.

Delivery was prompt at 6.30pm but however when we ate the food at 7pm, 2 of the dishes - Broccoli & fried rice, had turned bad and sour. We had to throw the whole portion away. Quite embarrassing as it was CNY day 1 and we had guests in our house. ... More The other dishes was so-so too. Feedback to the caterer and their response was appalling. I called and emailed them the week after the CNY holidays as I understand most people might be on leave. But even so, there was no response from the caterer for almost 2 weeks. Finally their catering sales director Thomas Chia replied via email about 2 weeks later after i sent several emails and offered me a 15% discount via a credit note instead of a direct cash refund. It is ridiculous to offer me a credit note and i replied him via email and from then, there was no reply from the company and also no trace of the credit note too. Please save yourself the hassle and bad customer service and don't bother ordering from this caterer.
