Dinner came everyday at 2:45pm, which is way too early. Food would be cold. Website states delivery from 3:30pm to 7:30pm. When I texted them to ask, they just said mine was the first stop. Asked why deviate from timing, no replies. Bad ... More experience and food was tasteless too. When I tried to switch another caterer Hew Top, I was then informed by Food Line, it's the same kitchen. Lucky I was in time to switch to another caterer. Thanks to Food Line!

This week's food was particularly meh. Standard has been dropping. Not intending to continue with this caterer.

Repeat customer. Food portion is great and is value for money. However, of late been delivering dinner about close to 3pm, a tad early for dinner. But understand they have many orders to fulfil.

Repeat order. Ordered for lunch and repeated order for dinner. Serving size is generous and definitely enough.

Caterer took a long time to confirm order. Had to call foodline to check and push caterer to acknowledge order. Food was passable, but nothing to shout about.

Great value for the price. Food was delicious and arrives timely. Was satisfied with the trial that I continued ordering from this caterer.

Catered for a church event. The guests enjoyed the food very much. Set up was also very nicely done
